It took the crew over an hour and a half to bring out drinks. I paid to upgrade my seat to Comfort+ only to be near a crying/screaming baby who was seldom quiet. Noise-cancelling earbuds didn’t even help. Trade Southern charm and comfort for something new. While we know Charlotte is a city with rich history and beautiful architecture, perhaps it’s time to admire the history and cityscape of a new destination?

When i finally got both those things done -with much help -then i couldn't open the app to install a credit card. The upshot was 4 flights without access to food or drink. My experience with JetBlue was fantastic! The service was top-notch, the flight was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely fly with them again.

Overall, the flight was better than the flight I took to go to Florida, which had a bunch of problems. The crew is really nice and the plane was new so it had a small problem when we were on the runway, but the flight itself was great. They even made some time back up, which is always a good thing. Temperature in the plane was quite warm for the entire flight - actually just outright hot making for an unoleay4 hours.
Stewards were very kind and professional. The departure and arrival times were as promised. Seatback entertainment system did not work even when the flight attendant rebooted it. At least I had my cell phone to connect with wifi. The helpful attitude of the staff, and being a wheelchair passenger everyone was helpful and understanding. The trip was made comfortable by the upgraded seat which was given without my request, that was a great surprise.
